You have questions, we have answers!  We've answered the most frequently asked questions in the list below. 

  • Staffing
    All drivers have undergone a background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and use specialized training for wheelchair passengers. The owner is a registered nurse.
  • Appointments
    We ask that you contact for service within 48 hours of your appointment so we can accommodate. We may be able to assist with last minute calls when our schedule has openings. Times are based on your appointment and location, we will provide you with a 30 minute window of time for pick up/drop off. Please let us know if you will be traveling with an aid and/or natural support. To schedule an appointment, call 910-777-3900.
  • Pricing
    We offer competitive rates along with superior service. When you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an amount for your ride. Ask about our discount for military personnel and veterans.
  • Payment
    We proudly accept personal cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • Do you offer military or veteran discounts?
    Yes! Be sure to tell us when you book your appointment and you'll get V.I.P. service!
  • Compliance
    We strive to ensure you receive safe, reliable on time, door to door transportation. We comply with all local, state, and federal laws. If you encounter any problems with our services or drivers, please contact us.
